Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://dngstumpgrind.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. DNG Stump Grind reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, DNG Stump Grind markets and arranges Root Removal, Land Clearing, Tree Stump Removal, Stump Grinder, Stump Grinding Service, Land Clearing Service, Root Grinding, Tree Root Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by DNG Stump Grind or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. DNG Stump Grind makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will DNG Stump Grind's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold DNG Stump Grind harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
